Following the 2019 legislative session, the LCB hired an independent, respected organization (Hillard Heintze) to review and report on all aspects of our Enforcement Division’s operations, organizational structure, and management. Their report recommends modifications to our enforcement and education operations. We’ve already begun making changes and are committed to continuous quality improvement and to being responsive to the needs and concerns of our stakeholders and the public.
